This privacy policy applies to the mobile application VibeCheck drinking game (package com.vibegame.app). The app is provided as a freemium adult party game with optional rewarded advertising, an optional auto-renewing annual Vibe Pro subscription, and an optional three-day non-renewing Vibe Pro Weekend purchase where available through Google Play.
We do not operate a backend that automatically collects or stores your gameplay data, player names, custom cards or Gemini API key. Most app data is stored locally on your device.
The app may store the following information locally on your device:
Use Settings > Reset App Data > CONFIRM RESET, or Android's clear-app-data control, to remove locally stored app data. Android or Google backup settings may affect what is restored after reinstall. We do not operate a Vibe Check account or backup server.
Saving a report draft does not send anything to us. If you choose the email handoff, Vibe Check opens a pre-filled email for you to review. Nothing is sent unless you press Send in your email app.
If you send a report email, the report content, your sender email address and information handled by your email provider may be visible to the developer. Reporting does not automatically delete the card from your device.
Core local gameplay does not require a Vibe Check server. Internet access may be used for optional rewarded ads, streamed Party Radio, AI Deck Forge, Google Play purchase verification/restoration and user-initiated report email delivery. Third-party services may process data under their own privacy policies.
AdMob is used for optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may process device or account identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app interactions, ad events and diagnostic/performance information for advertising, measurement, security and service operation. Consent choices affect whether eligible ads are personalised.
Google Play handles Vibe Pro purchases, subscription management, licence verification, entitlement restoration and payment processing. Vibe Check does not receive your card details on its own servers. The app may locally cache entitlement status, but Google Play remains the authoritative purchase source.
AI Deck Forge is an optional Vibe Pro feature. When you request a deck, the app sends the fixed generation request and your user-provided Gemini API key directly to Google. Vibe Check does not operate an AI proxy server and does not receive your key. Google account/API terms and any provider usage charges apply.
Party Radio streams selected licensed tracks from Pixabay's content-delivery network. The remote service necessarily receives connection information such as IP address when a track is requested. Party Radio is optional and remote tracks can become unavailable.
The current Android app does not request Camera permission. Vibe Check does not record, save or transmit photos or video from your camera. Any card that tells you to take a photo is an instruction for you to use your own device camera app outside Vibe Check.
Where required, Vibe Check uses Google's consent system for advertising choices. You can revisit your choice from Settings > Cookie Settings. Rewarded ads remain optional and are requested only when you choose an ad-supported unlock.
Vibe Check is intended for adults and contains mature themes. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through our own servers.
Because most gameplay and custom content is stored locally, you can access and change much of it directly in the app. You can remove players or custom cards through the UI and remove local app data through Reset App Data or Android's clear-app-data control.
