This privacy policy applies to the mobile application "VIBE: Social Party Game". This app is provided as a freemium service with optional In-App Purchases and Ad-supported content.

1. Data Collection & Storage

We (the developer) do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on our own servers.

Local Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device using your device's internal storage:

• Player Names: Names entered during game setup.
• Custom Content: "Custom Cards" text created by you or generated via AI.
• App Settings: Volume preferences, game mode configurations, and "Sober Mode" status.
• API Keys: If you provide a personal Google Gemini API Key, it is stored securely on your device.

This data remains on your device and is removed if you uninstall the application or clear the app's data.

2. Network Access & Third-Party Services

The app requires an internet connection to function fully. We use the following third-party services which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Google Play Services: Used for In-App Purchases (Vibe Pro) and license verification.
• Google Generative AI (Gemini): Used only if you initiate the "AI Generate" feature. When used, the app sends a text prompt to Google's servers to generate game content. Your provided API key is sent to Google for authentication.

3. Children's Privacy

This application is intended for adults (17+ / 18+ depending on jurisdiction) and contains mature themes. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

4. GDPR & Data Consent (EEA/UK Users)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, we request your consent to display personalized advertisements via Google AdMob.

Revoking Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent for personalized advertising and data tracking at any time. To do so, please follow these steps within the application:

1. Open the VIBE: Social Party Game app.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu (gear icon).
3. Tap the button labeled "Privacy Settings" or "Manage Consent".
4. Update your preferences or select "Do Not Consent" in the provided form.

Modifying these settings may result in you seeing less relevant ads, but the number of ads remains the same.
